N2Design offers the client a single source for integrated design solutions in commercial and residential architecture, interior and graphic design.
N2Design grew from the vision of Harry Nicolaides. His concept was to build a multi-disciplined firm that would revolve around the client, catering to and celebrating the vision. Three guiding principles lay the foundation of the firm; creative design solutions, breadth of services and the N2 client-team approach.
Design Solutions: N2 is dedicated to the creation of original and vibrant designs inspired by our clients. We are committed to each client’s unique viewpoint and program. The client’s vision serves as a blueprint upon which our design professionals build, fulfilling the client’s needs with creative and exciting solutions.
Breadth of Services: N2Design’s multi-disciplined approach allows us to become the client’s overall design consultant. Our ability to successfully integrate our categories of business from commercial to residential and architecture to graphic design allows us to provide a unique service for our clients resulting in many long-term relationships. It is not uncommon, for example, for N2 to renovate a residence, design an office space and build an addition on a church all for the same client. The diversity of our work includes residential and commercial projects in the corporate worlds of insurance, banking, investment and advertising firms, as well as, hospitality, entertainment, restaurants, retail, medical and religious spaces.
N2 Team Approach: Each client is assigned a team of N2 staff members who will work on the project from inception to completion. The client team is involved in everything from design and construction documentation to project administration. This is coupled with a guarantee of personalized involvement by one or both of the firm’s partners. Placing responsibility for the project with this dedicated team has resulted in a feeling of ownership and the opportunity for the team to see the end result of their work.
